Church Council
The St John's Church Council is comprised of the following people:
June Fuller, Glenys Jackson, John Baxter,, Phil Nelmes, Steve Butler, Sonia Butler(Joint Chair), Phil Thomas, Gladys Harper, Chris Atkinson and Melinda Ghirardi(Joint Chair).  There are also two ex officio members Dawn Brightman (Treasurer) & The Rev’d. Oliver Harrison.
Of these:
The Joint Chair of the Council are Sonia Butler and Melinda Ghirardi
Children’s & Young People’s Work is overseen by John Baxter
The Treasurer is Dawn Brightman
Phil Nelmes is in training to be a preacher (a “Reader”) in the Diocese of Canterbury.
The Music Group is led by Phil Thomas.
